Look At Yourself focuses on creating 1 of 1 clothing items produced using a variety of methods. Each item is made by me by hand, so in that sense, some items like pre-orders may take 2-4 weeks for production. Please check the “Contact” page if you have any questions.

REFUND POLICY

orders placed within 90 days may not be eligible for a refund due to the production process.

if an order is not fulfilled within 90 days you may contact me for a refund.

no order should take 90 days, please check the contact page to contact me if you have been waiting an abnormal amount of time for your order.

RETURN POLICY

returns may only be issued if a mistake has been made by me. please contact me by email if you have an issue with an order you have received.

DELIVERY

i make each item by hand, so it may take up to 7-10 weeks for me to create and package each item. with this in mind, i will make sure that every single item is shipped in a relatively timely manner. ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED THROUGH USPS. you will receive a tracking number when the item is shipped, until then, i am keeping track and making each order by hand. thank you for your patience.

FULFILLMENT

as i stated, i make each item by hand. with that in mind, please allow me 2-4 weeks for processing and shipping orders. the timeline may may by a week or so , but please be assured that every single order will be attended to, created if necessary, and processed as timely as i possibly can. please remember that i am a single person trying to create and process every order, but i can guarantee every single order will be processed.
